The 1st Plenary meeting of the Cyber-MAR project was initially scheduled to take place on 11th and 12th of March 2020 in Malmo, Sweden. However, the COVID-19 rapid spreading around the world raised the need for immediate adaptation in the new conditions. Therefore, the Cyber-MAR consortium adapted in the new remote working conditions by organising the Plenary meeting virtually on the same dates.

Cyber-MAR partners presented the overall status of the Cyber-MAR project for the first 6 months, focusing on the progress made under each Work Package. A status presentation was presented per work package, followed by a discussion regarding the next steps to follow henceforward.

During the first day, special focus was given on the Cyber-MAR platform end user and system requirements, the System design and architecture, Cyber-MAR risk analysis, as well as the Cyber-MAR Pilots and Simulations.

The second day was mainly focused on the Training activities that are going to be organised throughout the project’s lifetime to raise awareness, the Dissemination/Communication activities, as well as the Exploitation activities and the Policy recommendations. Part of the day was also devoted to the presentation of the Ethics management along with the Overall, Quality and Technical management.
